There will be less threat to job security as salary will be very less as compared to industry norms . Good for starters , side hustlers who are preparing for exam or doing side business or have career break but not for others looking for high career graph there.

Dislikes

Company's control is in 1-2 employees hand and mgmt has nothing to do with the rest so it's threat to your promotion/salary increament/fnf . Can't believe anything there will be chance of negative salary growth as major portion of salary is variable even for account and mis person.
