There will be less threat to job security as salary will be very less as compared to industry norms . Good for starters , side hustlers who are preparing for exam or doing side business or have career break but not for others looking for high career graph there.

...ing to do with the rest so it's threat to your promotion/salary increament/fnf . Can't believe anything there will be chance of negative salary growth as major portion of salary is variable even for account and mis person.

Company is good but Work culture is worst, everyone used to demotivate each other, lots of politics, interference in personal life, work-life balance zero, useless company policies. No promotion and increment for hard workers, they only promote chamchaas.

Dislikes

...orget your other skills. You can learn how to do politics and demotivate people. You have to work overtime and even on Sunday's without getting pay for OTs. Although Working hours are 9 to 6 but you've to work till 11 or 12 am and even on Sunday's also. You'll get calls anytime from Sales team or management and you have to work for them because as per them it's your duty. You don't have any personal life.

The Leadership team sits in China and is not competitive enough , they promote within office politics & their decisions are short for short term.

Third class culture as its a Chinese brand, no job security, no appraisals. It's a distributor based firm. Lala ki dukaan you can say!
