However, my experience fell short in several critical aspects. **Pros:** - Comprehensive training programs for the IT sector. - Promising career prospects showcased during the recruitment process.

- **Financial Discrepancies:** Despite working diligently for 1 month and 10 days, I received only half of the promised salary. Neither was there any sign of PF benefits nor any formal documentation (offer letter, relieving letter). - **Lack of Communication:** The absence of a proper explanation for the delayed payment and the unavailability of essential documents created unnecessary stress and uncertainty. **Summary:** Regrettably, my experience with Blue Ball Technologies was marred by unfulfilled commitments.
