I think, on these level i learn alot of thing from my job journey that we colud not learn from college degree. mainatin work life balance, cooperate with each other understanding others work style and learn from them too. i full my buckets of knowledge from these company and those people.

I got an offer from both the companies, manager role. Flipkart’s offer: fixed (x) + variable pay + stock Deloitte’s offer: fixed (x+1) + variable + 1.5L joining bonus Variable pay % is the same. Flipkart is offering a sizeable huge chunk in stock. What should I consider apart from compensation? Annual hikes, WLB, work culture, etc? (Note that It’s a non IT role)
