2. No work process as per norms / rules.
3. Designation are given with no professional qualification and eligibility .
4. Eligibility criteria to be a long term employee in BASICSL are say yes to the reporting Heads irrespective of the wrong decision / compromise.
5. As 70-80 % of existingstaff are with out prfessional qualification so a lot of financial errors....Read More
In this pendemic company support financial problem to own employees but in this Covid-19 situation company send me contract end letter. Work culture is very good in ground level, but management level disappointed regarding job security.i am no longer be a part of this company, if I got another opportunities regarding management level i will definately grow up the level and give 100% in the development of company....Read More

Some people of upper management level only see their post and have no idea how to tackle with their junior employes and they threatened their employes leave is important or your job?. And make the planning how to throw .
Please co-operate with all the employees at emergency level.
