BF is one of indigenous Oil marketing company that has the potential of growing into a global brand owing to the caliber of human resources available to the company especially the owners.

Dislikes

I think that the company should investigate on issues hotistically before arriving at a decision and should focus more on results than boatlickers

It was exciting working there and I have no regrets working with the company

Avoid procrastination by staying focused on goals and prioritizing tasks. 4. Focus on personal growth, rather than comparing yourself to others. 5. Set clear boundaries and prioritize tasks to maintain productivity. 6. Maintain a polite and friendly demeanor, even in virtual interactions. 7. Use video conferencing tools to stay connected with colleagues. 8. Prioritize integrity by delivering high-quality work. 9. Take ownership of your career by setting goals and seeking feedback. 10. Establish clear expectations with colleagues and managers. 11. Celebrate achievements and recognize progress to stay motivated. By applying these lessons, I've been able to thrive in a remote work environment.
