When i was joined fully excited. Because there is a small teams & healthy competition. But within few months there is a lot of politics and the management doesn't adress our issues.

Work Details

When i was joined, i struggled a bit in the beginning days, but in couple of days, i learnt lot of things in job. I successfully completed so many projects, like IPL, Elections, Local news etc

Work days: Rotational Shift (Flexible Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.

Current Job Situation: I’ve been working at TCS for over 2.5 years, with a total experience of 4.5 years. My salary is 9.6 LPA, and I work with technologies like Casper framework, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSP, Java, PL/SQL, and JBoss. While I have good job security and flexibility, I feel like I’m working with outdated technologies and have a lot of leisure time, which is affecting my motivation. Concerns: 1.
