Employees are treated poorly, HR director openly mocking staff and shows no respect and professionalism. Policies are inconsistent. Favoring some employees while others are mistreated. Salary increments are negligible. Company appearing to waste time instead of focusing on productivity and improvement. CEO and HR director spend their time making fun of employees and indulging in unprofessional behavior rather than addressing the company's serious challenges. Pathetic shop like company. No policies, They actually make policies to torture employees. HR director is very rude and insult employees. No salary hike and if you try to discuss anything they will abuse you. They even betrayed their client and ruin their projects. They terminate female employees when they are pregnant/their little kids are not well. They always give negative feedback to next employer....Read More

Company has no management. Worst policies for employees. Due to negative attitude of CEO and HR, company is loosing their projects. They Mentally torture their employees. First they hire you and want you to do some magic for their company and projects and if you are not able to fulfill their unrealistic targets they torture you and i nsult you. HR will ask you to post positive feedback about company. You can see a long list of it. Seems like this company is running by HR department. They frequently change their policy and also doesn't follow them. Company policy vary from employee to employee. No same policy for all. They allow work from home to favorite employees only. If someone apply work from home, they deduct 20% or more from salary. For few employees the don't deduct anything. They force you to spend your salary on office party for all employees. If you reject, you will be black listed by HR. She will also try to insult you time to time because of this. If you get appraisal, HR will force you to spend 15 to 20% from your salary on party. CEO is helpless and don't know how to run business. He is weak in decision making. He always support HR in their all bad decisions. Downfall is started of this company as they lost their business and looking for business on Upwork.
