I recently interviewed at Bee Solver Technology. They say you get an impression of the employees and the company through their hiring process. It's true. After multiple rounds, the HR department didn't even bother to provide information on whether they were moving forward with my application or not. A candidate deserves a confirmation, whether it's a yes or no. Despite my follow-ups, they ignored me. The HR and management should have basic hiring professionalism and inform candidates. Company has no management. Worst policies for employees. Due to negative attitude of CEO and HR, company is loosing their projects. They Mentally torture their employees. First they hire you and want you to do some magic for their company and projects and if you are not able to fulfill their unrealistic targets they torture you and insult you. HR will ask you to post positive feedback about company. You can see a long list of it. Seems like this company is running by HR department. They frequently change their policy and also doesn't follow them. Company policy vary from employee to employee. No same policy for all. They allow work from home to favorite employees only. If someone apply work from home, they deduct 20% or more from salary. For few employees the don't deduct anything. They force you to spend your salary on office party for all employees. If you reject, you will be black listed by HR. She will also try to insult you time to time because of this. If you get appraisal, HR will force you to spend 15 to 20% from your salary on party. CEO is helpless and don't know how to run business. He is weak in decision making. He always support HR in their all bad decisions.
