I have been with Barakat Foods company nearly three years. The company has always treated me fairly and made me valuable. I have had opportunity to grow and advance in both my position and income. I truly feel like a part of the Barakat family. I am happy knowing that I can make a solid living in a very recession proof industry.

Dislikes

Of course, any management position can have it's challenges. However, there is very little I can complain about. I do wish that the public would see more positive feedback on what an awesome company we are versus reading the negative reviews of a few select people.

My work life is very balanced and job is quite interesting. I struggled a bit in the beginning due to different nationality and languages and soon learnt and implemented everything.

It is one of the best & oldest company which is known by Mais Alghanim. It's a hotel industry with top grade Managment system. I have been working here since last one year & my overall experience is good and happy to work with this company.

Dislikes

As we know every company has own standard so I can say growth is slow and completely depend on management.
