Good for poor villagers and main thing is that we were giving them banking knowledge about all services of bank and through this way we made them banking literate. Company provides free transportation. Very Diciplined culture allover offices and also in the field.

Dislikes

Officials work till going bad debt process all work done through manually, so employees no growth in this challenging market.unexpected accounts targets and pressure to open an account only bandhan bank but most of places there are no pure bank of bandhan. Its a totally full residential for employees. I have to work more then 14-17 hrs straight in a day.

Work Details

Generally speaking, my work is totally challenging as i have to work for devoloping those people who are till beyond from banking services and its utilities.most of people do not attend while call for learning about the banking system and how is to done .

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Flexible Timings)
