BTC represents popular brands of heavy equipment solutions such as BOBCAT (Europe), Doosan (Korea), HINO (Japan) to name a few. Work culture comprises of diverse ethnicities which would be a huge learning opportunity for new comers and the environment is friendly and easy going. Middle management and top management contribute in job training and skill development. Hard work and sincere efforts are appreciated and rewarded. Compensation and salaries are excellent.
