In this company, I only get time to time salary and increase bonus and salary every year

This company has time to come for duty but does not go to work, it does a lot of extra

It took some time to learn the work in this company in time, but learn on, the work of this company was know and understood and now I have a lot of knowledge, a good experience has a happened in a company

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Strict Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.

Avoid procrastination by staying focused on goals and prioritizing tasks. 4. Focus on personal growth, rather than comparing yourself to others. 5. Set clear boundaries and prioritize tasks to maintain productivity. 6. Maintain a polite and friendly demeanor, even in virtual interactions. 7. Use video conferencing tools to stay connected with colleagues. 8. Prioritize integrity by delivering high-quality work. 9. Take ownership of your career by setting goals and seeking feedback. 10. Establish clear expectations with colleagues and managers. 11. Celebrate achievements and recognize progress to stay motivated. By applying these lessons, I've been able to thrive in a remote work environment.
