Dislikes

Management give pressure to learn so many work things in a week, but staffs not give an opportunity to do like system, handling patients,. Works are yet to streamlined there. Keeping test every week by owner, for how much we have learnt, i.e. especially in system and handling patients query. If you not reach 100% in his test, they will send you out immediately without notice period. Or they made the situation to come out ourselves....Read More

I have job which gives 6 CTC, YOE: 2 years I need good paying since other batchemates are grabbing packages such as 20+ LPA They have done MBA. I also plan to do the same but my current role is too good. No work pressure, helpful colleagues. From last organization which was super toxic this is a gem.
