Though the teams are good. The management lacks leadership qualities.

Dislikes

There are no HR policies. The MD runs his authority on employees and fires them whenever he feels. There are no appraisal interviews or performance perks. Currently most of the employees have quit as the company is not in a position to pay salaries. Many employees didn't get their due payment. Their ppf and TDS was never filed although deducted from their salary every month. I won't recommend anyone to work here....Read More

a senior consultant

I got an offer from both the companies, manager role. Flipkart’s offer: fixed (x) + variable pay + stock Deloitte’s offer: fixed (x+1) + variable + 1.5L joining bonus Variable pay % is the same. Flipkart is offering a sizeable huge chunk in stock. What should I consider apart from compensation? Annual hikes, WLB, work culture, etc? (Note that It’s a non IT role)
