nothing, here you can only select easly but he provide Sallary 10 to 12 and if you not met target you got only half Sallary and target is very high. he not consider overall performance, if one 5 months you met all target and six months you can't met target then in six month you got only half Sallary.

this is frod company here if you met target then only you got full Sallary otherwise if you not met target then you got only half Sallary. hr sarvice is very bad and he not responsible. all things is depend on manager, company is not responsible regarding Sallary. if you not met target manager provide half Sallary and he not provide 15 days Sallary if you leave company.

i join this company in dec 2018 and i leave this company in July becouse in which months i can't met target i got only half Sallary and company and Hr is not responsible.
