Good work environment. company policies are good,they give good salary and bonus every year.

The Healthy Environment among the Teammates they support each other in there bad days which I found here most which is really good to keep the scenario of working.

Dislikes

The work pressure is very high and should complete within days for that reason we don't have specific time do work more than 15 hours sometime also no weekly Holliday which really not good for our Health an Environment among us.

Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. HR couldn’t help, and the stress is affecting my mental health. Should I stay or resign? Will leaving early harm my career? If I stay, how can I manage this .without losing my peace?
