Poor management ... no plan where to take company...just earning money for self

Everything bad...no hr policies that are for employees...pf also never deposited on time..proof chahiye toh ask for challan...tds also not deposited on salary....no ethics..if dealer friend then allow discount otherwise act strict...if you butter them then u r in good books else u r criminal. Make you work till 7.30 pm, sometimes even at home you have to take call at 11

It's a good company to start with, work culture is also good, although we have more of virtual intraction with our collogues. It's a kind of field job as we need to visit different client location.

Terrible working culture No HR policy They people expect that fresher work like experienced person They don't have proper training mechanism. People sitting at top level don't deserve position they hold. Few people sitting at top level just because they are owner relative. No timings they people will start giving target from very beginning and call you and message on non office hours also. Worked for less than a month and resigned....Read More
