Poor management ... no plan where to take company...just earning money for self

...mployees...pf also never deposited on time..proof chahiye toh ask for challan...tds also not deposited on salary....no ethics..if dealer friend then allow discount otherwise act strict...if you butter them then u r in good books else u r criminal. Make you work till 7.30 pm, sometimes even at home you have to take call at 11

...d environment, zero appraisal or they do not even give any conveyance allowance. They asked to review performance whenever you want hike in salary and then do not even give hike no matter how better you perform.

Dislikes

They do no give salary or bonus or any perk and if you want to leave they create trouble and accuse you of many things. And do not relieve you from your duty.

Terrible working culture No HR policy They people expect that fresher work like experienced person They don't have proper training mechanism. People sitting at top level don't deserve position they hold. Few people sitting at top level just because they are owner relative. No timings they people will start giving target from very beginning and call you and message on non office hours also. Worked for less than a month and resigned.
