Dislike - The behaviour of customer experience manager. The way he handles the team was pathetic. In 5 years of span he wasn't able to build his core team. He doesn't want to share his knowledge. He doesn't have sense to give feedback. He will scold you like hell in front of everyone. I personally felt like office boy have more respect than customer service team

I have job which gives 6 CTC, YOE: 2 years I need good paying since other batchemates are grabbing packages such as 20+ LPA They have done MBA. I also plan to do the same but my current role is too good. No work pressure, helpful colleagues. From last organization which was super toxic this is a gem.
