I like that there are many teams in office in every team many employees are there so the pressure doesn't fall on particular employee i love this especially when i need a leave i can easily get it in case of an emergency. Because the teams are able to manage the work

The seating are in the office for lunch is a bit small as there are many employees. May be more seats can be added to this area

The office is comfortable. The company has made available nice desks and infrastructure. I get a professional feel when i work here because of the staff. i've got to learn about so many new things here about technology.

I haven't seen lunch gatherings here. It will be a nice idea to have them around the festive seasons

I started working at aurigo software technologies in 2020. My experience has been really good so far. The company has provided various benefits for the employees. The best one of them is the work environment. The environment of the office is very good and peaceful. Also, the management of aurigo is superbly understanding and the employees are quite friendly

It was during the lockdown period of 2020 that i started working with this company. i was looking for a company in the initial months of 2020 that could at least pay me the full salary it not a hike. at aurigo i am impressed with the concern of the company for its employee's safety. i do not have to worry about getting affected by the virus since i am safety working from now.

Not really disliking it but i am sure that working from the office will also be an amazing experience . i hope the office re opens soon when it's safe.

it's good thing that aurigo doesn't tell the employees to complete the usual shift and then go back to their personal lives. The focus here is on bringing quality and productivity. That is why the project have been so successful and the company has been doing fine. I am quite happy with the work culture.
