Thus far, I have worked with just 2 companies, with Aurigo Software Technologies being the second one. In the former one, I was working remotely while here, I am on-site employee. But even then, all the comforts are available. On top of that, the corporate culture is superb. To be honest, I am enjoying my work here when I come to the office.

Dislikes

The shift starts early. That is the only thing I'm less comfortable with.

The company is nice for benefits like work-life balance. My schedule for work is usually planned prior. There is enough clarity regarding the projects. I get to work on a range of tasks for my learning. Exposure is available through both national and international-level projects. For a finely developed career, this is the best company I can work at.

The other leads working here are not of the same age as I am.

Aurigo Software Technologies has an awesome culture. Here, I met people from different regions. They are also well-qualified. It is great to work with qualified people. But it is more exciting to know employees who are from diverse backgrounds. The company celebrates some regional festivals too. Working here is a fun experience for me.

I have to change multiple modes of transport to reach the office. Only travelling is not so convenient for me.

Aurigo Software Technologies believes in giving opportunities to different people. It hires experienced people as well as freshers. The company has a sharp eye for hiring talented freshers. On my team, there are both kinds of employees. Working with freshers has been a great experience. They are so eager to learn from me and make every effort to work their best.

Certain projects were complex in nature. After I joined, I invested several weeks to understand them.

As a lead, there are different things I have to do. At the same time, I need to keep upgrading my knowledge and abilities. Since my work life is balanced, I can get proper time for this. This office has been very consistent regarding this balance. In different ways, it maintains this balance. I also don't feel exhausted due to this advantage.

Some things may bother me occasionally. Once conveyed, the management works on them.

Learning comes naturally when you work with experienced people. This office has some of the most experienced employees. Their knowledge surprises me as well. Working in their company, I have also become better informed than before. It remains fixed and is devoid of any kind of confusion. Due to this, I can come to the office and quickly start my work.

I am glad that I have nothing to dislike here.

Although Leads are meant for working under high pressure, Aurigo has never bothered me with that. I get peace of mind here. My load is bearable I also get a work life balance like most employees. I've been able to smoothly survive for 2 years because of this. I'm sure that working

My team members have an abundance of ideas. But not all of them can be implemented at times. This upsets some of them

My team has certain members who love taking up challenges. working with is very satisfying when i interact with my seniors, learning is all that i can derive from our conversations. every activity is focused on employees' productivity to brilliantly shape their careers.

According to me, there is a lack of flexibility in the work hours. some team members are very slow at their jobs. They waste their time talking unnecessarily

A lack of work pressure is the man thing i find here. I worked at another office earlier where the pressure was really high. At aurigo since the pressure is not too much, I am able to focus on the quality of my work. And it is not just for me. The company gives work accordingly to an employee's ability

The projects are really interesting. They are good for learning as much as i want to. Aurigo's management is very efficient . The management ensures that problems don't presist for a long duration.

On some days, I receive too many doubts and queries from the team. I am unable to complete my own work when this happens.

The work timings of the office are flexible. Sometime when i need just a few hours to run errands other office tasks, I don't have to take a full leave i can adjust the timings.
