At Aurigo I can see a dynamic team. It is diverse in terms of gender. I can see a good number of males and females working. They get along well with each other. Gender diversity is awesome in this organisation. I'll give credit for this to HR and the founders. They have been thoughtful in maintaining this value. I really like to be part of such a dynamic team.

Dislikes

Certain clients have good projects, ensuring international exposures, but the timelines are not very flexible.

This office has financially supported me for 18 months. It has given me a stable source of getting an income. More than anything, I'm full of gratitude for it. My growth in all aspects has been extraordinary, Having assured growth together with job stability means a lot.

No great disadvantages have come to my notice. This office is way more comfortable than what I had expected.

At this office, there are plenty of doors to learning. We get to learn about our work profiles. But when we work with others in teams, we learn about additional things too. I do have many years of experience. My learning has not stopped. I continue to find doors to learning and be more expert in my field.

It is very easy to get leaves approved in advance. For urgent breaks, the process should be smoother.

The company's staff is great. I really like the people I work with. They work in a unified manner, are supportive, and help with an open heart. It is very remarkable that there are both males and females. Some female employees are responsible as per one' abilities and talent.

Here, I get weekends off. During the week, work-life balance is also maintained. Though there are many clients to manage, I have to work as per my abilities. The top management also exercises policies to ensure employees' comfort So, I have nothing to be stressed about during the week or on the weekends.

My first interaction with HR was during the interview. I found this department to be very clear in terms of communication. After I joined and began working, HR continued to help me regarding any concerns. I have also noticed that it maintains an atmosphere of transparency for the ease of working.
