An exceptional office environment is greatly associated with this organization. I have observed that the management engages in fair practices to keep the environment good. When such is the management, employees can receive fair opportunities to grow. Senior managers have great values like honestly, transparency, and commitment. Learning from such managers is always a pleasure.

Dislikes

There are more opportunities for national projects. I would prefer better exposure through increased international clients as well.

I am new in this company. I have joined here 2 months ago as the QE Engineer. I am not from Bangalore Originally. But I was very keen to work with Aurigo and when my interview was scheduled i could not find a transport mode on time. So i required the office to help me if possible. They made me do my interview over the web. I do not know if this is how they always do but in my case i specially requested them for help.
