Big companies like this one are the best to join. Professionalism is surely there but beyond that, the benefits are more exciting. Provisions for health and sickness can be found. The clients I work for have a massive reputation in their respective sectors. Policies for inclusion and good behaviour are actively exercised. Other benefits like the canteen and room for recreation are there.

Dislikes

Major cons are none. Small issues can shoot up. But they are only temporary.

Ample learning opportunities are available for me. job security is not an problem in the company but you need to work with sincerity the processes are fast here. This makes the company really professional. Innovative ideas are always encouraged by the managers but they need to be be practical as well.

On certain days, I am expected to handle multiple tasks. I lose my focus because of this.

This company is quick in responding whenever i share a concern or need leave. The company works professionally and has also maintained the office very well. The employees are pretty good here. They often discuss projects and let everyone share their suggestions .

Aurigo gives cab service when the employees are not working from home. But i really feel that service should be improved a bit.
