It is the peaceful work atmosphere that I like the most here. The employees work here are professional. They surely know how to maintain a good environment. The culture is such that it gives positive energy to anyone who works here.

Dislikes

Overall, it's a good office. However, I think they can improve the washroom cleanliness. Waste disposal should be more frequently done in a day.

At Aurigo Software Technologies, I have observed an open-door policy to be sincerely followed. It encourages all the employees to come and share their concerns. Their suggestions are also taken for improvement in the office. The office management creates a culture of complete transparency for the team. It actively listens to the feedback of team and applies it too.

Everything is really professional here. We have a system of marking attendance here. I've never experienced anything bad while punching in my attendance. There's is a system of applying earned and sick leaves. HR is understanding and has always met my needs. Things can be customised for the employees. It is quite a chill workplace.

Dislikes

My seat was very comfortable. But it got exchanged. The other one isn't as comfortable as that one.

A lot of things are there that I love about this company. It is a workplace that I don't' have to be stressed about any workload. Tasks are fairly given and divided among us all. There's is work equality and it is openly noticeable. I work with a bunch of caring people. They focus on company goals more than personal goals.

Dislikes

Just one thing is there, invest in longer training. That would be more enriching to attend.

Aurigo certainly knows how to operate professionally. Not only that, it also wholeheartedly cares for its teams. Purely because of these 2 things, I like this office a lot. It's commendable that the necessary policies and procedures are there. Too many provisions are given as well.

Dislikes

No pressure is there as such. But productivity has to be maintained. That's why I need to be concerned about my performance always.

It has been 8 months of working with Aurigo and the work-life balance has been maintained. More than a benefit, it is part of the company's terms to ensure such positive aspects. Other things like practically planned work deadlines make it easy for me to work. I am envisioning a good work- life with Aurigo.

Dislikes

For projects that demand higher priority, training ended soon. It should be longer to work on them brilliantly.

The employees usually get holidays for the main festivals. A few festivals are specific to only some cultures. We get leaves for these. Mostly, we celebrate such occasions in the office. Aurigo has management that really thinks about employees. It embraces the cultures of all the employees and celebrates with them.

Dislikes

Awesome benefits are there but during the probation, there are some limitations also. And the probation period is long as well.

This is a big office with almost every facility essential for working. The furniture is upgraded and is undoubtedly comfortable. I can even change my seating in case I feel less comfortable. There are big meeting rooms with satisfactory equipment for presentations. Facilities are further available for employee safety amidst any unexpected incident.

Dislikes

I am thankful to HR and managers for making the workplace so comfortable. There are no dislikes to notice because of their constant effort.

A big team forms this company. New employees are often hired. The team has many old employees as well. Some of them began their careers with this company and continue to work here. They have in-depth knowledge of the projects and the respective industries. Working with them has been excellent for me. They are the best people to learn from.

My colleagues are good. I have been working with them for nearly 16 months. We have improved our understanding over this duration. Some of them are my juniors too. They consider me as their source of guidance. Also, they talk to me very respectfully. While I am satisfied has been who work fairly and with transparency.

Learning opportunities are appreciated. It is fun to learn about new technologies too. Work-life balance is maintained with consistency. My colleagues are friendly and also very supportive. To make the office comfortable to work, several facilities are provided. The environment is great. I can easily get adapted to it. Events for employer's betterment are often organized here. There are good cafeteria facilities as well. Not to forget, the leave, the leave policy has different provisions. There are flexible work timings so I can come to the office with more ease.

I don't find many ways to commute to work from my place. That is my only concern.

Working on site has been an enjoyable experience with Aurigo. The facilities given in the office are the best. They are maintained as well as upgraded. Exponential development has also been possible because of good managers. They know which qualities I have and accordingly, give me work. Managers are supportive too. They help me whenever needed.

The project are very interesting. It is notable that one type of work is not given to me. I have to manage a variety of tasks. As I do so, I get to keep my mind engaged. Thankfully, my job never seems to be monotonous. I can look forward to coming here for years because of my work.
