Only a few months ago, I cleared my probation period. During this time, the management supported me as much as needed. It actively responded to my queries. My requests were also looked into. To understand this company and my new responsibilities, the management has been helpful. I have succeeded in managing these well. Part of the credit for this is deserved by the management.

It is quite comforting to work with a unified team. Team unity has always been strong here. The company is consistent in organizing events for the employees. Through these, they get to make strong terms with one another. One great advantage of this is good collaboration between the employees. For teamwork, such collaboration is really important.

Dislikes

A few facilities are there that I world have particularly preferred like healthy meals in the cafeteria. Currently, they 're unavailable.

Working in a safe environment is a big advantage. The location is fine and office policies centrally focus on the well-being of the employees. Aurigo's work environment is positive too. There are multiple interview rounds to ensure that the right people join the team. My main concerns have been met here. Hence, my work life has been on the right track.

Aurigo Software Technologies has an environment that facilitates transparency. The managers clearly communicate to maintain this transparency. They are also good listeners and I find it comfortable to discuss my suggestions with them. On certain occasions, I got to communicate with our founders too. I was impressed by their vision and how they motivate the team.

This company encourages its employees to share their suggestions. Sometimes though, their implementation takes more time.

The company has a leave policy for the employees. it is modified as and when it is required. leave-related benefits are increased for the convenience of employees. There are medical leaves as well. I can easily avail of these whether I have personal reasons or am not in good health. It is very thoughtful of the company to modify the policy and introduce such benefits.

Aurigo is an overall nice company to join. I have recently begun working here and am enjoying learning. The projects are interesting as well as challenging. I remain curious to think divergently and work on the challenging aspects of the projects. Aside from learning, the company has a good environment where positivity persists.

My technical skills are greatly developing here. There should be more programs to develop soft skills too.

Here, I have not worked for long. yet I've grown quite fond of Aurigo. I appreciate the company for having an open-door culture. This helps in approaching my seniors with ease. I can discuss anything regarding work with them. Sometimes, I may think too much about a situation. But this culture removes anything that could possibly bother me.

I may have some concerns. But I never hesitate to approach the managers. Also, they are good at resolving things.

A lot of facilities are available that make it enjoyable to work here. The systems are kept up to date so that work does not get hampered. There are proper rooms for meetings and conferences. An are has been allocated for eating and enjoying refreshments. The furniture is good enough and I can comfortably work throughout the day.

The office is not located so close to my place. There should be effective transportation services for such employees.

I have received a satisfactory work experience in this company. the managers are great to talk to. There are very old people in the company. They do have authority but they never mis use it. on some occasions, I connect with HR discuss office issues. This department is quick enough to act upon them.

almost the entire staff is good but some employees are there who are either very arrogant or not highly professional

This company's work environment is admireable Distractions are very less and i do not see many employees excessively using their phones. No problems emerged in adjusting here because the teams are soo good.

Outside the office, there aren't many things to do. relaxation. the office should then have good facilities indoors.
