The learning curve is very high since it is a start-up that designs capital management software and customizes its products. The soft skills will be required so much though you're into just technical roles. Leadership is developed since you will handle roles alone.

The work-life balance is poor. Since the company is headquartered in the US, on-site and on-shore connections demand work post 8 pm or at least until 8 pm. There's no variable pay for the extra efforts you put forward. Salary and hikes are less too.

Every employee is respected here, no matter what. I have noticed that those who worked here previously are positively talked here.
