The incentives is very good compare with other banks. Job budget is very low. Easy to work. Good company

Everything is fine while u work. The only difficulty is getting reliving letter and F&F from exit help desk. Before I worked with kotak and Axis where I didn't mail for reliving letter. But in fincare they doesn't care the rules. There is no specific time for reliving letter. You have to fight and you have to beg for reliving letter & Full and final settlement.
