Company is best place for freshers, as the package is far better than other. But No growth both skillwise and carrerwise.they train on one technology and put into any project ramdomly without and we need to work even without technical background of that project. Evey week they will provide different shifts like , Mon& Tue Week off. Wed & Thu >> Morning Fri , Sat & Sun >> Night They will not provide continuous shift because of that no sleep at night and whole day will be wasted with no sleep.
