Nothing. Worst internal politics in a worst MNC company. Don't trust the company by name.

If you want to join the company. Think about your career growth. There is no career growth or career development opportunities available. If your project contracts ends. They won't allow you to move into another projects internally. Instead they forced them to resign from the job without serving notice period. Toxic internal politics will affect the newly joined freshers. Managers and HR s targeted only the freshers and put low rating and play the freshers mental health. Atos has been one of the best European MNC to work with but no more. The only good thing at Atos at the moment is you will get free Microsoft Vouchers if want to do any certification.

Dislikes

Atos used to be dream company for many until they acquired Syntel. Worst decision they took was keeping Syntel Board of members. I mean how can you retain such board of members who could not save their own company. This is where Atos's downfall started. Now survival of Atos is almost impossible. One always has time to work on a project. There are no deadlines, especially with functional roles. Everyone takes another for granted. There's no timeline, plan or sticking to schedules.

It's a very good company and with the good people and each and every one are very supportive about work and the management was very nice,we are flexible with our working hours
