This internship will help us learn about a very new sector and lots of research work has to be done, so it is highly informative.

The internship department of the research institute is not very established and there is no proper structure to the internship. No proper timings are followed and the presentation of the class is worse and no explanation is done of anything related to food sector every work has to be done by us in form of assignments .It will be better if they look through these issues since it is an unpaid internship and we have to pay for joining the internship....Read More

I got an offer from both the companies, manager role. Flipkart’s offer: fixed (x) + variable pay + stock Deloitte’s offer: fixed (x+1) + variable + 1.5L joining bonus Variable pay % is the same. Flipkart is offering a sizeable huge chunk in stock. What should I consider apart from compensation? Annual hikes, WLB, work culture, etc? (Note that It’s a non IT role)
