There is lot of policies such as you can't take leave for 3 month from the date of joining. If this happens your salary will be deducted.

The job is quite interesting! I struggled a bit in the beginning as it was night shift.

I have job which gives 6 CTC, YOE: 2 years I need good paying since other batchemates are grabbing packages such as 20+ LPA They have done MBA. I also plan to do the same but my current role is too good. No work pressure, helpful colleagues. From last organization which was super toxic this is a gem.
