Pay is good You get salary on the last day of every month which is quite good Wfh - you can save a lot

Absolutely everything except the above positives. The work is so hectic, no work life balance, toxic offshore teams who treat you like a mere robot. And the sad part is Indian team can't do anything about that. Working hours are comfortably long like 11-12hrs per day. The work you actually do is preparing weekly and monthly reports.
