Poor work culture. Late Salary every month. People keeps asking the accounts staff to give the salary every month, it's not paid until u don't ask. People use slang all the time which is very Unprofessional and cheap. All the staffs always keeps gossiping about each other and also about the boss, and the funny thing is that the bossconsiders them his fav but doesn't know they talks shit about him all the time. Staffs are having extra-marital affairs there. The boss usually goes on trips and after coming back he just keeps shouting on everyone. The boss takes the sales people to travel exhibitions just to showoff and after coming back the sales people tells it was just for showoff which never brings any profit and one of the girl staff also told me that she meets boys during the exhibitions and what not......(dark).Unprofessional deeds....Read More

Everything was fine before the pandemic. Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent. But From last week of March,2020 till today we are in home. We have lost our job. We are getting only 30% of salary for the month of March.and from then we became jobless and get nothing from the management.

Nothing to say. Everything was fine, but they should at least have backup for the employees
