Ashwin Engineering works work culture is not that much good before I expected and job security is average and management is average.

Dislikes

Work culture and work environment are not that much I like so thats reason i dislike.

Work Details

The job is struggled a bit in the beginning as there was no formal training session. I learnt everything on the job.

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Strict Timings)

By applying these lessons, I've been able to thrive in a remote work environment.
