It not a company, He is small thekedaar, try to give personal work of his own house, no management, if there is no work for you then he try to stop you in his workshop for no reason, manpower is only poor labour, he give late salry on 28 of the month, always tru to deduct money, 3rd class environment, no environment for educated employee, please Don't join, he was give my petrol allowance, he is chindi owner....Read More

I have been terminated in a day without any prior Notice what should I do ?

Will this recent termination effect my future career? So I have worked with this company its not even been 6 months they terminated me just before completing my probation period 2 days left for my probation to complete they terminated me before that immediately, will I get a relieving letter ? What should I do ? If I dont get relieving letter can I join other companies without relieving letter ? Should I ask them ?
