Very good work culture with great learning with some good benefits.

Dislikes

As per work pressure which is very high, worked for even 11-12 hours even on off days, growth is slow. Even for the Implant employees no comp offs, delay in some benefits like Medical Insurance, confirmation letter etc. Most hurts when you got appreciation mails from Clients, go unnoticed and difference between Implants and in office employees.

The only thing is company is near MG metro station, other than this the Benglore team may be fine.

Dislikes

The Manager in gurugram location is full of arrogance, he use to humiliate employees, use to behave as employees are slave. Make us to stretch daily 4-5 hrs. He and his TL both are friends makes employees life as hell. They use to say that you need to come on sat no off for sat no comp off.

On-time salary Freshers can learn excel well I can say since so many things will be manual!

Dislikes

Management will expect you to work day and night, they don't care! (negative work-life balance). Policies are not good. Training will not be provided properly. Only a few managers are supportive (employees are lucky to have them). Even for the executive level 2 months notice period, because of this, we might lose so many good opportunities.
