I had the unfortunate experience of working at this company, and I must say, it has been nothing short of a nightmare. The whole structure is a complete mess – people are hired for positions with no regard for their qualifications or skills. For managerial roles, promotions are given based on tenure alone, not capability. There's zero respect for education or expertise. It’s clear that the company doesn’t care about paying its employees fairly, and the worst part is that the employees have become so used to being underpaid that they don’t even think about their market value anymore. What’s worse, the leadership is made up entirely of friends and relatives of each other, creating an atmosphere of favoritism and nepotism. There is also a complete lack of concern for women’s safety. Female employees are often asked to stay late without transportation or security, and when any complaints are made, the accused are protected instead of addressing the issue. The company has no women in higher-level positions, and it’s obvious that they only aim to suppress talented women, while the leadership is terrified of those who are more capable. Racism is rampant here, and it is blatantly discriminatory when it comes to holidays. Only Hindu festivals are acknowledged, and those who don’t belong to the Hindu religion are denied any optional holidays or accommodations. This company claims to specialize in payroll and compliance, but it doesn’t practice what it preaches when it comes to equality and labor rights. The only positive I can mention is that they pay on time – which, honestly, is the bare minimum. But even that doesn’t make up for the toxic work culture, the mistreatment of employees, and the complete disregard for basic rights and decency.
