First of all, your job is secure. If u dont perform well, then even you wont get a termination letter. U will be taught to do things in a better way. Boss here is so cool and supportive, you can ask her anything related to work, further study, your personal issues like anything.

Dislikes

You wont get much number of projects to work on. You will be assigned to three or four projects (Major working in one only)
