Company is good but very small scale company... Number of employees are also limited . Overall those looking for startup type company it is good to go

I got an offer from both the companies, manager role. Flipkart’s offer: fixed (x) + variable pay + stock Deloitte’s offer: fixed (x+1) + variable + 1.5L joining bonus Variable pay % is the same. Flipkart is offering a sizeable huge chunk in stock. What should I consider apart from compensation? Annual hikes, WLB, work culture, etc? (Note that It’s a non IT role)

Likes

Work Environment as well the supporting staff will not make you feel the work pressure at all. Cooperative and understand bosses will make you feel like nothing to worry for.
