My overall experience is bad.

There are not much things that I or any employee liked about this company.

Dislikes

Arsh Management does not pay it's employees on time. Even if they do, they cut their salaries and pay only half or 1/4th amount. They have kept my TL's ₹ 2 lakh on hold. No one stays in this company for more than 2 months. They make us wait even after working hours and conduct meetings after work hours at 9 & 10 pm. Under the name of Digital Marketing they make us work for their call centre! Also they call us to work even on Sundays and Government holidays. The owner is very rude. He keeps on yelling and uses abusive language! Biggest problem is that they give false information. During training they say that there's no target for work but after 15 days of joining they tell us that they will not pay us if we do not meet the targets. Plus their targets are very unrealistic to achieve.
