Except for a a few colleagues, everything else about it is so torturing.Its like you are in a jail or a slave of the proprietor. And all he cares about is his name , his pride... How much ever fake that is.

Very strict with timing. cant use phone. no music. no over time compensation. cant leave before boss leaves even if it is past work time. overall a very toxic work culture
