Salary always on time, the principal architect personally take cares of every project and person,

No skill development, bias culture, no work-life balance, lots of over time just to prove your capability, false promises. No phones allowed, no net services are provided, and the list goes on.

Salary happens on the 1st of every month without any delay. There's quite a good amount of residential projects that the company has.

No work-life balance. Strict entry timings at office, but exit timings are late everyday. Even on Saturday which is mentioned as half day, you get to leave like full day timings.

A few colleagues who left or are trying to leave. It is a drafting job with no scope of growth. Interns and freshers are regularly pushed into big projects and are burnt out due to lack of guidance from seniors and the staff keeps getting recycled every month. People leave knowing less about architecture as compared to when they come in.

Dislikes

Lack of accountability by the leadership in projects, passing the blame on interns and freshers for any grievance from the clients even if the person has just started working on a project 2-3 days ago. No proper briefing for projects, people are overworked for no proper set goals to achieve. Strict entry timings and exit timings are always overtime without incentives.

Work culture is pathetic. No work-life balance. Your sincerity is gaged on how much overtime you do in office. It is just a drafting job, nothing else. No empathy towards employees. Office environment is very strict and toxic.
