At the time I worked at the company the market was really at its worst but the pressure and management demanding was too much although the situation was bad around the place; such has created inconvenient and unstable atmosphere among the team and employees in general.

Work Details

I've been responsible for the whole region therefore my job demanded lots of local travelling on weekly basis to support branches and team members especially if there are complaints or need to visit major clients where decision making is needed.
