no any facilities like travelling, laptop, tea or coffee, no any salary slip gives,no any letter given, no pf, salary received from unofficial account, no employee id or id card, no any other allowance like wifi, bonus etc, no any hr, owner is everything like hr like manager like ceo all, no designation structure so overall like totally unofficial culture very bad experience, no increament policy

I have job which gives 6 CTC, YOE: 2 years I need good paying since other batchemates are grabbing packages such as 20+ LPA They have done MBA. I also plan to do the same but my current role is too good. No work pressure, helpful colleagues. From last organization which was super toxic this is a gem. Im not sure what to do Can you guys suggest me
