In last round of interview with Director, very cringe round ever I gave in my life. They don't hire technical guy they want business knowledge guy and position open for QA Tester. Who never worked on SAP before and they expected knowledge on that, how it's work I still confused. It's taking almost 2 months for interview and after that they rejected me for without reason. They don't hire people who technical knowledge good, they going doing time waste for every candidate....Read More

Work culture is not there all times concentrating in work only. Management needs to develop more to care for employees. Job security is good. Minimum 18 months bond for freshers was terrific.

Dislikes

Too much workload, expecting single person to do work of 3 peoples. No growth, no benefits, No proper appraisals. Work life is getting collapsed. All times expecting support in Weekends(Saturday and Sunday also)

I have job which gives 6 CTC, YOE: 2 years I need good paying since other batchemates are grabbing packages such as 20+ LPA They have done MBA. I also plan to do the same but my current role is too good. No work pressure, helpful colleagues. From last organization which was super toxic this is a gem.
