The work life balance of the company is really good. The deadlines are set according to the availability of resources and not as per client requirements. They have this inspiration meeting that allows you to present something related to the field that inspires you.

Dislikes

The salary appraisal and the notice period can be improved. Also there can skill development for newer employees.
