1) Saturday Sunday holiday is provided. 2) two times coffee is given. 3) on Friday casuals dressing are allowed 4) office is near the railway station 5) management is somewhat supportive in work. 6) salary offered is similar to competitors. 7) hr.'s are co-operative

1) 9 hours of working which is a lot. due to long working hours, job in this company causes inconvenience to employees living far from office. especially those employees who are living in other local railways lines. 2) no work from home options.

Their working hours can be extended depending on the project deadlines which might not always be amusing, but for most of the part it is as the projects are quite intriguing and fun, atleast for a cybersecurity enthusiast.

Very good work environment with colleagues who are focused on growing and helping each others to achieve the same. Never got judged or felt my knowledge isn't enough,they helped me with insights to as where i lacked and helped me improve. Seniors mentored me in the best way possible in every aspect. Best part about Anzen is the work-life balance. Everybody is very cooperative and understanding.
