Varanasi is one of the best locations to work or travel.

Dislikes

Company culture. I worked as a doctor in their rehab centre Chunar. It was one of the worst experiences ever. Management is cunning, No respect for employees. Deduction of salary for no reason. Lack of staff. Staff torture. Dr Venu Gopal Jhanwar and his wife Mohini Jhanwar both are very cunning and manipulate family members regarding their patient health for extended stay of patient for the sake of MONEY. No doctor , staff nurse, psychologist works there for more than a month. Even I left the rehab within a month because of corrupt organisation....Read More

I'm getting a good offer after joining a company. It's been 10 days only . Can i leave it?

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
