Salary Negotiation in an interview
Hi, I have had a first round of interview with the company. And mentioned my salary expectations as 15- 20% from my previous LPA. But after that I feel like I have undervalued my expectations. Being in the field for 9 years with the required skill, considering the market and the prospect company is a well known builder, i should have asked more. Anyway a face to face interview is scheduled next week. How to ask them a higher salary from what I have mentioned earlier. And how much I can ask more. Please help. Thanks in advance.

Varanasi is one of the best locations to work or travel.

Dislikes

Company culture. I worked as a doctor in their rehab centre Chunar. It was one of the worst experiences ever. Management is cunning, No respect for employees. Deduction of salary for no reason. Lack of staff. Staff torture. Dr Venu Gopal Jhanwar and his wife Mohini Jhanwar both are very cunning and manipulate family members regarding their patient health for extended stay of patient for the sake of MONEY. No doctor , staff nurse, psychologist works there for more than a month. Even I left the rehab within a month because of corrupt organisation.
